Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Safaa Albea Waste Collection & Transport website and explain the status of website enquiries and quotation requests.

Last Updated: 24 July 2026 info@safaaalbea.com
Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Safaa Albea Waste Collection & Transport website. They also explain the status of website enquiries and quotation requests.

They do not replace any quotation, service agreement, purchase order, contract or other written arrangement separately accepted by Safaa Albea and a customer.

Section 01

About Safaa Albea

Safaa Albea Waste Collection & Transport provides collection and transportation services within Dubai for eligible waste falling within the company's confirmed approvals and current operational scope.

Section 02

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Privacy Policy referenced within them. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

Section 03

Website Purpose

This website is provided to:

  • introduce Safaa Albea and its confirmed service scope;
  • allow eligible organisations to submit enquiries and request quotations;
  • share general information about waste categories and service processes;
  • enable customers to contact the Safaa Albea team.
Section 04

Website Information Is General

Website information is provided for general business information only. It may be updated from time to time and does not constitute legal, regulatory, clinical, environmental or operational advice.

Safaa Albea does not warrant that website content will always be complete, current or free of error.

Section 05

Enquiries and Quotation Requests

  • Submitting an enquiry or form does not create a contract.
  • Receiving a quotation does not automatically guarantee service acceptance.
  • Quotations remain subject to the validity period stated within them.
  • Waste acceptance remains subject to classification, quantity, packaging, container condition, collection location, operational availability and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • A contract begins only when the applicable quotation, service agreement or other written arrangement is accepted in the required manner.
  • Pricing and commercial terms are governed by the relevant quotation or agreement and not by general website content.
Section 06

Service Availability and Acceptance

Service availability depends on the customer type, waste category, quantity, packaging, collection location, operational capacity and Safaa Albea's confirmed authorisations at the relevant time.

Safaa Albea may decline enquiries that fall outside its confirmed scope or that cannot be accommodated on operational or regulatory grounds.

Section 07

Customer-Provided Information

Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete and non-misleading facility, licence, waste, packaging, location and contact information.

Patient information
Healthcare facilities and their representatives should not send patient-identifiable medical information through public forms, ordinary email or WhatsApp.
Section 08

Separate Service Agreements

Where a quotation, service agreement, purchase order or signed contract conflicts with these general website terms, the specifically agreed commercial document governs the relevant service relationship to the extent of the conflict.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all website content — including:

  • text and copy;
  • graphics, icons and photography;
  • logos and brand elements;
  • layouts, designs and downloadable materials

— is the property of Safaa Albea Waste Collection & Transport or is used with appropriate permission. No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or republished without prior written permission except where permitted by applicable law.

Section 10

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • use the website for unlawful purposes;
  • submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
  • attempt unauthorised access to website systems or data;
  • interfere with website security, functionality or availability;
  • introduce malicious software or harmful code;
  • misuse contact forms, quotation forms or communication channels.
Section 11

Website Availability and Security

Safaa Albea aims to keep the website available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted, uninterrupted-secure or error-free operation. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

Section 12

Third-Party Platforms and Links

The website may link to third-party websites, platforms or services for convenience or additional information. Safaa Albea is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices of those third parties. Access is at the user's own discretion.

Section 13

Regulatory Information

References to approvals, regulatory requirements or waste categories relate only to Safaa Albea's confirmed scope at the relevant time. Service availability remains subject to review and applicable requirements.

Website content should not be interpreted as legal, regulatory or compliance advice. Customers remain responsible for their own applicable obligations.

Section 14

Disclaimer

Website information is general and may change without notice. Users should obtain appropriate professional advice concerning their own legal, regulatory, clinical, environmental or operational obligations.

Section 15

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Safaa Albea will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, inability to use or reliance upon general website content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

This website clause does not automatically apply to losses arising from a separately signed service agreement, which is governed by that agreement's own terms.

Section 16

Indemnity for Website Misuse

Users who misuse the website — including through unauthorised access, submission of false or fraudulent information, or interference with website functionality — agree, to the extent permitted by law, to be responsible for the reasonable consequences of that misuse.

Section 17

Privacy and Cookies

Use of the website is also governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

Section 18

Changes to the Website or Terms

Safaa Albea may update the website and these Terms from time to time. The latest version is published on this page with the updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes are published indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 19

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Section 20

No Waiver

A failure or delay by Safaa Albea in exercising any right under these Terms does not waive that right or any other right.

Section 21

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and the use of this website are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to any mandatory legal requirement or separately agreed dispute-resolution provision, disputes relating solely to these Terms or use of the website shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai.
